Outlined below are three of my favorite meal planning resources. My family has benefited from each one over the years and we continue to use the recipes & products weekly.
Meal Planning Resource #1
WildTree – WildTree is my favorite meal planning resource. I was introduced to WildTree at a tasting party at my neighbor’s home one evening. This is when I learned about Freezer Meal Parties! I signed up and the rest is history.
Why we LOVE it:
This makes clean eating easy for us! We love our WildTree products. Quick dips, sauces, dressings, skillet meals to name a few. Here are some of our staples:
- Absolutely Onion Blend – This is great on veggies whether you are sautéing or roasting! We like it on chicken sometimes too. It also makes a great dip!
- Chipotle Lime Rub – This is our favorite seasoning to add to ground beef/chicken/turkey or yummy tacos! We prefer it to the taco seasoning. It’s SO good!
- Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend – Another favorite for veggies, meats and dip!
- Rancher Steak Rub – This is our go to for steak seasoning all year long! It is a great blend.
- Blazin’ Buffalo Blend – This seriously makes the best buffalo chicken dip!
- Lasagna Skillet Meal – hands down the easiest and tastiest skillet meal. The kids never get tired of it!
- Stroganoff Skillet Meal – Quick comfort food!
- Wildtree Workshops – Check out all of the choices you can order and make your own freezer meals at home!
- Make Fresh Dinners – Each month Wildtree will put together a bundle of products and menus! Not only do you get to try new products for both the menus as well as other recipes!
Meal Planning Resource #2
eMeals – This was my first service that I tried that helped with the planning, shopping and cooking of our weekly meals! This might be a great thing for you! There are SO many different meal plans and the nice thing is that you can change them as you go! You can even pick meal plans by store. They send you a weekly meal plan with a grocery list.
Why we LOVED it:
It makes shopping so easy! I just don’t cook the entire week’s plan and instead pick the meals that our family will like! I have used eMeals for over two years and will be canceling our subscription simply because I have SO many menu plans that I can use for months to come!
Meal Planning Resource #3
5 Dinners in 1 Hour – I learned about this service from some Mom’s in a Facebook group I am in! I had to check it out. They have lots of Facebook Live videos so you can see just how easy it is to prep five meals for your family. They have a clean eating plan. I signed up for the sample plan to make sure it was something we would like to try and after trying a couple of the meals on the family decided to sign up for the three month subscription. I also signed up for the lunch plan which was so helpful for new ideas for our daughter’s school lunches! This site provides you with different meals/recipes on a monthly basis. They also put together a monthly meal plan for you if you would rather just go that route. I did both! One week we picked what we wanted and another week I would go with the set plan.
Why we LOVED it:
The grocery shopping list is SO easy to follow and even easier to use online while you are in the store. I would prep some of the meals ahead of time but honestly some of them were so easy to just whip up the night we were planning on it (especially if we did not have to head back out that evening!). Everything kept well in the fridge for a week and the kids were fans! I now have three months of menus that I can continue to use and I needed something even easier. I would not hesitate to sign up with this service again when our life slows down a bit. They have a great support group on Facebook too!
I hope that you have found these meal planning resources helpful. Let me know if you give them a try and how they worked out for you. Do you have other meal planning tips and tricks? I would love to know. Please share with me in the comment section below.
